Be the workplace culture shift you want to see…. 

Do you want more support at work? Then be more supportive of your colleagues – all of them, especially the ones you don’t think ‘deserve’ your time and effort. 

… do you want to see greater fairness of workload? Then allocate as you can, when you can and take on what you can to ease the burden for others when you can do that. 

…do you want to see less gossiping, less bitching? Then don’t talk about people, don’t be nasty to or about anyone – especially that person…

…do you want some rest during the day? Some time to actually get to the loo? Then tell your colleagues to go to the loo more often and cover for them over that 5 minutes….

…do you want to see less bullying? Then become more like the wind – say what’s there too be said, be encouraging and blow your own wind gently…!
